Abstract

The developing technologies shape and lead various domains; they have started to be used in
fields such as education and architecture. This issue presents the amalgamations of those two
fields. Employing AI is significant since architecture is a profession that involves technology
as its integrative part. The study directs attention to the importance of the developing digital
technologies, which in this case underscores the potential and role of AI. The study highlights
the critical relation between architectural education system and the integration of AI. There
are multiple studies focused on the usage of AI in architectural education. Comparative
literature analysis based on those studies is limited; therefore, a shared analysis framework is
used for comparison. The findings reveal the shared characteristics and differences among
them, which can act as a guidance for future studies. Accordingly, the study aims to contribute
to the architecture students and lecturers in architectural education.
