Abstract

Any urban project cannot be separated from its environmental context; in fact, the development of the constructions and the various operations on a territory involves obligatorily impacts on the environment. The goal of an energy efficiency management system is to promote quality, protect the environment and meet socio-economic needs. The objective of this work is to set up an energy management, which must be a administering & running tool that allows the control of the decentralized production and energy consumption in the life cycle of the urban project.
